Title VI Policy
Cross Sound Ferry Services, Inc. operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Cross Sound Ferry Services, Inc.’s policy of nondiscrimination in services also extends to discrimination on the basis of disability, gender (in the context of education), or age.
Any person who believes he or she has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI or other protected classes may file a complaint with the Suffolk County Department Public Works, who is responsible for Title VI oversight:
